Shipping policy

LEAD-TIMES

Standard in-stock items ship to the US in approximately 5-10 business days depending on your location, and carrier lead-times.  Please note orders to Canada will ship in a 2 week lead-time.

Rug Orders are custom hand made and can take between 8-14 weeks to create depending on sizes.  Furniture items not in stock typically ship in 4-8 weeks approximately.  Hand-made lighting can take between 8-12 weeks.  All made-to-order and special order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled unless we are notified within 48 hours of placing your order.

Because these lead times change on the regular basis, please contact us for specific lead times. Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.  Cancellation of orders due to delays in shipments and order deliveries is not permitted.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

All Shipments throughout the US and Canada are via standard ground deliveries and freight services via FEDEX, UPS, CANPAR, and other carriers as deemed appropriate for each shipment.  In-stock orders are fulfilled as soon as possible, shipping time varies according to location.  We expect customers to pick up from the carrier if notified or contact the carrier if the shipment is not delivered as expected.  If a package is returned to us as not deliverable or was not picked up in the time-frame allowed by the carrier at a access point/depot, we can refund you less the shipping fee and/or redeliver for an additional shipping fee and warehouse charge.  All carriers should be contacted if you cannot pick up within the time-frame allotted.

DELIVERY
Please monitor your tracking, it is the customers responsibility to check the tracking information we provide at time of shipping and follow it to see when the package will be delivered.  Studio Nordhaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we suggest contacting the carrier and claim the shipment if this occurs.  We ask that all customers inspect the items carefully on arrival and any damage or issues be reported in 5 business days, please see our DAMAGE/RETURN POLICY for further details.
LTL FREIGHT PALLET
Furniture and large items may require to be shipped via pallet/LTL freight.  For this service, the carrier will typically notify you of a delivery time in advance and you will be required to be present at time of delivery.  You are required to sign for and inspect the package upon arrival.   The customer is responsible for the removal of the wrapping, box and the goods from the pallet.  The driver does not unpack the pallet or move goods into the interior of the residence/delivery location.   PLEASE NOTE:  Studio Nordhaven does not offer white glove delivery service at this time.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Outside Continental USA, Canada)
We do not ship outside North America.  We do not ship to Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alaska and/or Hawaii.
