Inspired by floral shapes, the Bloom Tray translates soft organic forms into a sculptural ceramic object. Its medium scale highlights a rhythm of petal-like contours that seem to unfold from closed to open, creating a gentle sense of movement within a stable, geometric structure. Rooted in 70s floral-inspired design, the expression is reinterpreted with a raw yet refined aesthetic, where smooth curves meet a strong underlying geometry. Light and shadow shift across the surface throughout the day, enhancing its dynamic and decorative presence.
Crafted from hand-glazed ceramic, each tray carries subtle variations in tone and texture, making every piece uniquely expressive. Finished in Maroon, a deep and earthy reddish-brown inspired by chestnut tones and the warmth of aged wood, the colour adds depth, sophistication, and a grounded sense of warmth to the sculptural form.
The Bloom Tray, Medio works beautifully as a decorative object on its own or styled with other Bloom pieces to create layered compositions with visual rhythm and balance. Its sculptural character makes it suitable for coffee tables, consoles, or open shelving, where it adds warmth and artistic presence to the interior.
